Based in Adelaide and Melbourne. Helping clients across Australia.
A bank can generally offer only its own products. That option may be suitable, but it does not show you how other lenders might view the same request.
Lendr360 has access to more than 50 lenders. We consider suitable options based on your circumstances and look beyond the advertised rate to the fees, term, repayment structure and flexibility. We then explain the differences, so the final decision is made with a clearer picture.
Because finance should feel like a conversation, not a maze.
You will deal with experienced brokers who speak plainly, set realistic expectations and remain involved through the process. We have access to a broad lender panel, experience with straightforward and more complex applications, and a support team that helps keep the documents and lender communication moving.
We do not charge an upfront application fee. We may receive commission when accepted finance settles, while lender and disclosed third-party costs may still apply.
Possibly. A strong person or business does not always fit neatly inside one bank’s policy.
We regularly see applications involving seasonal income, limited documentation, newer businesses, previous credit challenges, complex structures and specialised assets. We will review the position honestly and explore whether another lender or structure may be suitable. Approval can never be guaranteed, but one decline does not always close every door.
A non-bank lender provides finance without operating as a traditional deposit-taking bank. Some specialise in vehicles, equipment, business lending, personal loans or applicants who do not fit standard bank policy.
Non-bank does not automatically mean better or cheaper. It simply means different. We explain those differences before you decide.
Some lenders may consider newer businesses and recently registered ABNs. They may look at the directors’ industry experience, credit history, deposit, contracts, projected income, financial position and the asset being purchased.
New-business finance often needs a stronger story and more careful preparation. It may also involve different rates, fees or deposit requirements. We will explain what appears realistic before an application is submitted.
We may assist with equipment and machinery finance, trucks and commercial vehicles, secured and unsecured business loans, lines of credit, working capital, overdrafts, invoice finance, eligible tax-debt finance, medical equipment and equity release against eligible unencumbered business assets.
The suitable structure depends on why the funds are needed, how the business earns, its trading history, available security and capacity to repay.
Depending on the business and lender, we may be able to help with a traditional overdraft or a line-of-credit facility.
These facilities can help with short cash-flow gaps, seasonal costs or the delay between completing work and receiving payment. Interest is generally charged on the amount used, but fees, reviews and redraw conditions may also apply. We help you understand the whole facility, not only the approved limit.
It depends on the lender, amount, product, documents and complexity. Some straightforward, complete applications may receive a lender response within 24 hours. Others may take several days or longer, especially where trusts, property security, financial statements or specialised assets are involved.
We cannot promise speed. We can prepare carefully, confirm requirements early and keep communication moving.
Depending on the lender, there may be application or establishment fees, ongoing service fees, brokerage fees where applicable, early-payout or discharge costs, and late-payment or dishonour fees.
A low advertised rate does not always mean the lowest total cost. We consider the comparison rate where applicable, fees, term, repayments and early-payout conditions before you proceed.
Some straightforward personal loans may be funded on the same or next business day after final approval and completion of the lender’s requirements. Other applications take longer.
Timing depends on the lender, amount, purpose, income, credit profile and how quickly documents can be verified. We will give you a realistic indication once we understand the situation.
Begin with a short conversation. We will ask what the funds are for, how much you may need and what your circumstances look like.
A lender will generally require identification, income and employment information, details of expenses and existing debts, and documents such as payslips or bank statements. An initial enquiry to Lendr360 does not itself authorise a formal credit check. We explain the process before a formal application is submitted.
Yes. The rate matters, but it is only one part of the loan.
It is also worth comparing the comparison rate where applicable, fees, fixed or variable structure, security, term, repayment frequency, additional-repayment options and early-payout conditions. A loan should be judged by the whole journey, not only the first number you see.
There is no single answer. The amount depends on income, employment, living expenses, existing debts and credit limits, credit history, loan purpose, requested term and the lender’s policy.
We can help you understand a possible borrowing range, but the lender makes the final decision after assessing the full application.
The rate can only be known after the lender considers the loan and your circumstances. Factors may include whether the loan is secured, the amount and term, credit history, income, employment, existing commitments and any asset offered as security.
Before you decide, we explain the proposed rate, fees, repayments and expected total cost.
It may be possible, but a lender will consider your total debt, expenses and ability to manage another repayment.
Sometimes consolidating eligible debts may make repayments simpler, but a longer term can also increase the total interest paid. We help you compare the structures and understand the possible costs. This is credit assistance, not personal financial advice.
Depending on the lender, a personal loan may be used for a vehicle, home improvements, medical or dental expenses, education, travel, furniture, debt consolidation or another eligible personal purpose.
Some purposes are restricted. We confirm this before an application is made.
Dealership finance can be convenient and may include competitive manufacturer-supported products. A dealership may also work with one aligned lender or a smaller panel.
Lendr360 gives you another path to compare. We consider suitable options from our panel and look at the rate, fees, term, balloon or residual, early-payout conditions and total repayment commitment.
No. Subject to lender and asset requirements, we may help with dealer purchases, private sales, auctions and new, used, older or specialised assets.
Minimum loan amounts, acceptable asset ages, inspections and valuation requirements differ between lenders.
It depends on the applicant, business history, asset, purchase price, market value, loan amount and lender policy.
Some eligible applicants may qualify for full purchase-price finance. Others may need a deposit or may need to cover GST, registration, stamp duty or fees. We explain the likely contribution, but never promise no-deposit finance before the lender has assessed the application.
Pre-approval can be useful when you are still searching for a vehicle, machinery or equipment. It may give you an indication of a borrowing range, estimated repayments and conditions that still need to be met.
Pre-approval is generally conditional. It is not a promise of final funding, because the lender must still approve the asset and complete its checks. Even so, knowing the likely boundaries can make the search calmer and more focused.
Once formal approval is in place and every condition has been met, some straightforward vehicle, personal or asset transactions may settle on the same or next business day. Private sales, older assets, complex business structures, inspections or valuations may take longer.
We will give you a realistic timeframe and keep you informed. Silence makes waiting heavier. Clear updates make it easier.
